Generally try to buy whole grain only (REAL whole grain; no enriched flours, no bleached flours, and no high fructose corn syrups) but I'm not a stickler for it. Soy chocolate milk is pretty good but I don't buy it all the time. I like real foods, sugar over any artificial sweetener (and honey over sugar when possible) is a big example of that. Like I said before, I'm not a stickler and I'm not going to worry about what is good and what is bad. Anything not done in moderation is bad so I simply try not to overdue anything.
