Yeah he'll have 2 pay---but in the long run--it won't be like he's downgraded from billionaire to millionaire --just not as much as before til tax returns of course and theoretically speaking it makes more sense. I would get into specifics but I haven't been to bed and my brain's moving slow so bare with me
