-bugs: clean the damn bugs off the floor and walls
-hands: PLEASE wash your hands! one of my best friends doesnt wash her hands! EWW. And in the dorm I'd follow people into the bathroom and brush my teeth just to check if they washed their hands... and they wouldnt!!

horrorfiend - the best method is heat. for me personally, the air fresheners only cover it up. so either use candles or light matches :D
