As cute as she might be, I can't stand Scarlett Johannsen. It always to me like she's just had a lobotomy and she really can't emote. As for actors who are awesome, one of my favorites is Jon Cusack for Say Anything and One Crazy Summer. I wrote a sing six years ago about this and how much I identified with him:
Wish I was like Jon Cusack, cause when things go wrong,
He can call on Bobcat Goldthwait and Curtis Armstrong,
He might be full of uncertainty and fear and regret
But he ends up with some sweet brunette.

Well, now he has a serious career
But the boy to which we've been endeared
Wasn't doin' any crazy kooky artsy shit
He was an awkward kid usin' his wits.

When some yuppy guys wanna win some competition,
Jon Cusack stops their plan from comin' to fruition
He'll learn to sail he'll learn to ski
He'll change for the better
To beat the guys with big puffy sweaters.

And then when Jon Cusack gets in a crunch
He'll use the special armor piercing dragon punch
(And now he's rockin' the Shoryuken!)
But I guess that he actually wouldn't.

He spends half the movie tryin' to win the blond,
Gets upset when that yuppie dude takes her and absconds
And once he's conquered all his ascot wearing foes,
The right girl is right under his nose.

Look at these new teen idols I don't really want what they've got,
Though that redhead chick from Buffy might be kind of hot,
I don't think they got it right,and you might ask me why,
But I would rather have Ione Skye.

Jared Fogel has his Subway,
Jerry Falwell has God,
Hannibal Lecter has his Sweeney Todd
We have the Superfriends to stop Gorilla Grodd
But when it comes to eighties angst destiny
Jon Cusack is the hero for me
Even though he died in Stand By Me
And I know that I just rhymed me with me.
