DMZ, Vol. 5: The Hidden War, by Wood et al. – A series of single-issue vignettes about second-tier DMZ characters. Normally the kind of thing I’d really like, but this didn’t connect with me. Not entirely sure why.
The Mammoth Book of Best Horror Comics – A nice idea, but disappointing. Few of the modern comics were very good and it totally lacked EC, Marvel, and DC comics (for licensing reasons, I’d bet), which are some of the best and most important horror comics of the 50s and 70s.
