I actually have my Top 10 list around on my comp somewhere for me to hunt them down and collect them (number one of course being the wolf with the baby billy goat- you know "Billy boy boy boy boy boy boy").
Any Chuck Jones Tom and Jerry is great. You can tell just by the artwork when they start if they were one of his productions or not. Other than that, any pre 1970s Woody Woodpecker. The 1967 Spiderman cartoons were fun, too, even if they weren't terrific.
Of course the king of all cartoons in my eyes is still Tex Avery. Sadly Ted Turner owns most of these old cartoons now and either edits them for political correctness or has just shelved them completely for content.
One of my happiest moments was when my oldest was about 2 and started cracking up when we were watching old Tom and Jerry since I knew she was blessed with a sense of humor (unlike her mother :D ). I wonder if there will even be any "funny" cartoons by the time she has kids of her own.
