I agree with this idea. Get professional help first.
Also keep this in mind: stress is also a big factor. You said I thin at least 3 times you "have a lot on your plate." There are numerous ways stress can effect your health:
-Physically ( Hair color change (usually natural to gray), shedding/receeding, heavy bags under eyes, some people gain weight--(they overeat when stressed or loose) (they undereat when stressed)
Mentally & Socially (Paranoia, hallucinations, Severe Migrains--watch these see a doctor ASAP unchecked migrains can lead to Aneirisms-trust me--personal experience, lost in contact with close friends, poor relationships, etc.
Again, I'm not a doc. I have no PHD. I'm no psychologist. But because I have a brother who has a mental disorder, and various family members and friends with health issues, I sometimes read the medical books my mom has in the house--like I said in my intro--I try to be as well-rounded as I can.
