Probably the wrong person to offer advice but here goes.
You can't trick a girl to go out with you and unfortunally at your age you lack a big bank account or a porshe so i guess you'll have to rely on being yourself.
The first thing you really need to do is establish some sort of communication - have you things in common you can talk about like classes/school stuff - this can be a good 'ice breaker' then you can graduate to more personal things.
Of course this is easier said than done and I wouldn't swop places with you for a million euro :-)
