No surprise to me, when it happened, as NO had(has) some of the most corrupt cops on the planet. Thankfully, I haven't lived in my home town for 18 years, so I sorta got to miss all that fun. I caught the ass end of Katrina over here in Miami tho, and things were pretty fucked up for months. If I'd still been there, I would have probably been living back down in the 9th, which, I understand, was one big lake.
