You will feel like you are dying and then in about 6 months to a year you will be ok, but scarred.
Do us all a favor and do not take it out on the next guy and do not let it change the good in you.
Most importantly, Do Not Take Revenge.
I have found that if you allow yourself to grieve and turn negative thoughts about the person into energy toward a goal that interests you...it makes the whole 'what goes around comes around' theory kick into action.
Trust me sweetie, he WILL go through something like this in his lifetime and WILL think about the people he did this to and if he isn't a sociopath, he WILL feel remorse.
There is no relief from this pain except thru time and I KNOW how that sounds.
Take really good care of yourself,be kind to YOU, you have just broken something valuable.
