Two more I thought of as soon as I signed off last night:
Sue's dream at the end of 'Carrie' where she is placing flowers on the grave (great music there) and that damn scene in 'Exorcism of Emily Rose' where the college friend wakes up and sees her contorted on the floor staring right at him.
