It had a young brunette woman and a redheaded older lady in a wheelchair (maybe her aunt?) who were being stalked by a 50 something gentleman with glasses. I think it maybe came out in the early to mid 80's. I actually saw it on univision and it looked interesting enough for me want to see the english version. I remember a ashy blond/grey haired 50 something something woman either getting her throat slit or stabbed when she went into house.
