1 - i personally didnt think Encino Man was that funny
2) - i dont think of toy story as a comedy - it's an excellent kids film that was excellent enough to apply to all ages.
i think it's a bit arrogant to assume anyone would know more about comedy than another though ..
comedy works when it makes you laugh ... it is a personal thing - we're all different when it comes to what we find amusing..
some of the cleverest comedies dont make me laugh out loud .. i understand and appreciate why they are clever - but oftimes something goofy and physical makes me laugh way louder and longer ... it definately doesnt mean i dont have any knowledge of comedy - mine's pretty damn extensive ...
it just means nothing when it comes to funny
