Poached my own eggs, made my own Hollandaise. Had to deviate from the original recipe a bit. Didnt have any back bacon so i used thick cut deli ham, which was just as good once i seared it in the pan. I also didnt have any lemon juice for the hollandaise, so i substituted some lime juice. interesting zip, but if you try it, keep the amount down to a teaspoon or two, any more would be way too much.

went down to the supermarket at midnight to buy a chocolate
coffee cake.
was only supposed to get some milk but had to pass that aisle
1st..then thought I would grab some chocolate thins too cos they
were on the way to the milk too.
After all that....just had a cold chicken salad
