Eggs Benedict, Home made.:D
Poached my own eggs, made my own Hollandaise. Had to deviate from the original recipe a bit. Didnt have any back bacon so i used thick cut deli ham, which was just as good once i seared it in the pan. I also didnt have any lemon juice for the hollandaise, so i substituted some lime juice. interesting zip, but if you try it, keep the amount down to a teaspoon or two, any more would be way too much.
