There's this film "Murder by Death"; it's supposed to be a comedy spoof of great fictional detectives; anyways there is this mask that's shown and it pretty much scared me when I was younger.
That and also when Peter Falk opens up a case and you see the maid that dissapeared; I didn't get that it was a dummy when I was younger so I pretty much thought that she was dismembered!
