Sorry about the title, just calling attention to this thread. I recently signed up for a netflix-like service that let's me extended my viewing options, and was wondering on what I should be adding to my list. I was looking for the best of the best, more on the obscure side of things. Here's what I got so far, which should give you a hint to what I'm looking for:

My Own Private Idaho, Mala Noche, The Vanishing (Spoorloos), Eyes Without a Face, Eraserhead, Sisters, The Fury, Dead Ringers, What Ever Happened to Baby Jane?, 8 1/2, The Beyond, The Church, Opera, Atame!, Visitor Q, Paris je t'aime, Scrapbook (is this good?), Irreversible, Rushmore, Blow Out, Mysterious Skin.

Basically I'm trying to catch-up on some classics, and movies that have a surreal nature to them or dark and depressing subject mature. The more shocking or fucked-up, the better.

Any Criterion recs?
