Have you ever had antejitos? i got some at this local restaurant, they have mexican, thai, indian and japanese... and like a million cool kinds of beer. But the antijitos were sooo good. its a tortilla with peppers, beans, corn and cheese. Served with their fresh salsa. I'm getting more an the market in t he morning. yummy.

I would stay clear of any place that does all those styles ... trust me... maybe you got lucky on the enchiladas.
