That pretty much applies to ANY interview...I hate 'em...but yeah, trying to do some research between then and now so that I don't go in completely unarmed.
Lets just say that whole industry pissed me off. I still cook a lot and learn on my own, got to "caterer". But it's just, more fun as an "interest" for me, something that might be lost if I made it work.
