Ugh, this is a hard one for me, I love Cap, but Hal is the man... Sorry Steve, Hal gets my vote.
Oh and when the hell is Green Arrow coming up in this tournament? He should have been up against Hawkeye. Seeing as Hawkeye is a ripoff of him. And well...Batman and GA would have been a good match seeing as Green Arrow is a batman ripoff....
