He should've copyrighted the name. Studios are real dicks sometimes with this kinda shit. 20th Century Fox came down pretty hard on a brewery called Duffs over here. The guy that ran it didn't copyright the name or anything because I guess its a small independent brewery in a small town and he didn't even think to do it. But it was Duffs a long time before The Simpsons were around. Fox came down on them and made them change the name... hows a small business meant to fight a massive corporation like those cunts?
