I'm not sure how old you are, but I'd say for now. Scare him. Come round to his house with a baseball bat, then say you've just come from a game or something like that. Then tell him what he did was wrong and it would be a shame if he did it again. Don't do anything with the bat coz then you might go too far. Also, be careful. He might not take well to her telling people.
