i'm by no means a small guy - i'm no chicken, and I can easily punch my way through a wooden door - but many years ago i decided life is far better without a criminal record - going to jail - being fined - losing a job - etc ..

you can push someone with no intent - they can acccidentally fall and crack open their skull ... you end up looking at a serious charge.

That's what I thought too.Hopefully they will call the cops if it happens again.But,hopefully he'll be smart enough not to do it again.
