i wouldnt do anything that could land me in jail with an assault charge..

i would remind the kid that slapping someone is assault and the next time the cops will be on his ass.


i'm by no means a small guy - i'm no chicken, and I can easily punch my way through a wooden door - but many years ago i decided life is far better without a criminal record - going to jail - being fined - losing a job - etc ..

(or heaven forbid - something goes wrong and i seriously injure someone)

you can push someone with no intent - they can acccidentally fall and crack open their skull ... you end up looking at a serious charge.

it happens all the time.

being a badass isnt cool anymore... let the cops handle it.
