Legitimate request here guys...
May be going for a more HR related role in a while, and I will be moving into that field of study if all goes that way.
Anyone here worked in the field before?
Can you give a general explanation of the role, and what you feel it should encompass?
Just after some general info from someone (hopefully) with a little experience.
