You're all thinking for me, and I appreciate it, but you're thinking how I thought you might. Yes, the issue is addressed in film. They've dealt with the darker themes of the mythos, i.e. demons and the apocalypse. Never is it attack or questioned, in the face like. Ya know? Islam, Judaism, once again Hinduism, Buddhism have all been trashed by filmmalkers, and really great filmmakers at that. Why not share the love?
@Despare- I realize that there is no point is singling one group out... in the ultimate sense of things- unless the story falls that way. Unfortunately a huge part of horror is dealing with the despicable and blasphemous... the unclean so, it is essential to play with this subject a little bit.
What's really nice about this crew is that we can have casual conversations about religion and no one cops an attitude.
