Ohh its NOT mild alright...it comes pretty strong at ya. Its vile, sick and disgusting, and has (**Minor Spoiler**) cameos of (some) pornstars playing victims.
Think in terms of
Maniac mixed with
American Psycho, only with a lot more sadism and hard-hitting scenes.
Overall, it isnt good by any means, but aint one of the worst either.
