I think it was mainly the fact that the manager has only been a manager for 3 weeks, and doesn't like to work anymore, if I had of stayed there today, I would have been working my ass off while he stood around, and he just didn't want to do anything.

I have to do his job as well as mine everyday for at least 2 hours because he pretends to do paper work or just nips out.

So truly fuck him. And fuck them.

I also hurt my back there about a week and a half ago and got poor treatment when I called in sick.

I had already organised 3 days of and was going to MAnchester untill my back ceased up, I couldn't walk for a few days, then called up to swap a day so I could recover more, then had to cancel the next day because I still couldn't stand up straight in the morning.

I'm sick of being there dish pig and whore.

I've worked in busier restraunts and it's not this stressfull.
