Last weeks show wasn’t that great. I was feeling like shit and had real bad acid reflux and stomach cramps so I didn’t really do much for the show other then play some songs and talk to the usual. It was awesome that Shannon was here able to help me Co-Host the show when I needed to take a moment to myself. Thanks to Sam, Frank, and Shannon for calling in!
