I'm thinking a this looks like a complete reformat, like GTA3 was to the previous versions...looks to have a pretty decent storyline too.
I kinda agree with you in terms of GTA:SA - I still haven't made my way completely through that one. There's some good missions though, and I liked the innovation of being able to boost your attributes.
Sooo...I'll be checking this GTA4 out *snicker* a bit before you guys...I'll be sure to let you know how it is...
