And a few more I think that I cant remember at the moment, id have to look again. Though some movies came pretty close to beating Saw 3.
Saw 3 beat some movies by little, like Evil Dead 2. Saw 3 beat Evil Dead 2 by 1 point.
But the movies I mentioned above completely took out the Saw movies on the scale.

there really wasnt that much gore in either of those 2 Cannibal films other than that one room with all the guts in it, there wasnt much in ichi either.
if you're looking for the real gory stuff, try Bone Sickness or Premutos.
