Yeah, it's dubbed and there are no alternate tracks. Italian cinema from the 60s-early 80s was primarily shot MOS which means without live sound...it's way cheaper and with actors from Italy, France, Spain, U.S., Germany, etc it was an easy way to get around the language barriers.
All the dialog and sound effects were added after the fact. Sometimes it's done well
(Once Upon A Time In The West) and sometimes it isn't
