How anyone can read Staci's latest review and say she is a horrible writer is beyond me. Regardless of her opinion of the film itself her review was well thought out, balanced and her claims always substantied with examples.

Just because you don't happen to agree with what she has to say in no way makes her bad at her job (which is by definition to offer her opinion and critique).

You didn't like a movie that she did? Fair enough. So what? To attack her personally for having a different opinion than you is hurtful, arrogant and juvenile. I see no evidence that her writing skills are anything less than witty, intelligent and completely professional. She certainly doesn't deserve the torrent of abuse being thrown at her in this thread. She is great at her job and if a review she writes is a little controversial and generates discussion, so much the better. When it starts getting personal though, you've crossed a line so back off.
