When we have movie tournaments, sometimes there are movies to vote on that some of us may not have seen, it happens...So, we either vote for the one we HAVE seen, vote according to the description of which one sounds best, vote for the one that has an actor in it that we may be fond of, or choose not to vote until the next round

This could work the same way...If a movie comes up that we HAVE seen, chances are we are going to REMEMBER the kill scenes...and if not...Well, it's no different than if we haven't seen a movie, or don't remember much of it...And if we don't remember it, I'd say it must not have been very good and wouldn't be worth voting for anyway

Of course, this is just in case the 'kill scene' thing is being considered...I suppose it could work for the other things as well...
