Had a couple of sesame seed coated bread rolls, in which I put some sliced lean pork grilled in nutmeg and pepper, cheddar cheese, finely sliced brown onion, sun dried tomato, Butter lettuce, alfalfa sprouts, chilli flakes, oregano, then some sliced grape tomatoes, and just a little mayo.
Ate some m&m's afterwards, the peanut ones.
Tea to drink.
