Classic sci fi ultimate is highly recommended. I love it, and the price kicks ass. 20-30 dollars for those five movies is really good. I would say that Tarantula isn't the biggest gem in the collection though. Incredible Shrinking Man is a cut above most of the genre and might be Arnold's masterwork.
