I'm having trouble thinking of the movie I've seen a few times when I was younger... only 2 things about the movie stand out in my head,

1- There's a kid in his bedroom, and he has a nightmare about tarantulas coming in his room - there are hundreds of them

2- There's an abandoned fair, with a carosel - maybe someone chasing someone else through it

I know its not alot - It may be a 2-parter like Cats Eye or something like that
