Hmm Well, Corned beef isn't any different from regular beef. Corned beef is simply a plain old beef brisket which has been marinated or "corned" in a spicy solution which gives it that distinct flavor. So, texture-wise, it's no different from regular, uncorned brisket; aside from the flavor.
