Okay I thought about it...

After a zombies stomach is full and he or she keeps eating, their stomach must just explode. If that happens, all future swallowed stuff will seep out and fill the body cavity.

It does seem logical that they'd then definitely have to burst at some point. I say unless you kill them, they will eat till they burst.
