In my opinion, we live in a world where people are all too eager to sue each other.

Now in your case, you have a very legit claim to having the casino pay for your car repairs and it'd be nice of them to throw in a handful of comped buffets or hotel rooms or something to to let you know they're sorry for the inconvenience they know they are causing you, but you were not injured and I doubt it's gonna cause you any type of lifelong stress or anything so the damage is not permanent. I'd say as long as they fix the car for ya, there's no sense in suing. If they try to stick you with the bill, then hell yes, by all means sue them but in general, I think it's usually in most people's best interests to stay out of court whenever possible. Who wants to waste cash on legal fees and time on lawyers and court rooms if it's not a real major issue?

I'm obviously not a lawyer, so take that legal advice with a grain of salt, but for what you could potentially get out of it, I don't think it'd be worth your time or hassle.
