Stir-fried some chicken thigh in salt, pepper, ginger, garlic, then added some firm tofu we'd marinated in soy, fish sauce, and sesame oil...got it all a little browned, then added finely sliced cabbage, rice with mustard seed, brocolli, cauliflower and carrot batons. Continued to toss all that together and added a sauce we made out of chilli, and a few other spices, slightly thickened with cornflour.
Damn good.
Drank some Kahlua and milk shots, and some stones ginger beer.
