I'll have to say Eve from Species. Imagine, such a hot girl that turns you one before ripping your guts off... That's not fair.
As for the other slaher type killers, just like it's been said, I'd at least try my best at killing the damn thing.
But who'd think about killing such a hot bodied babe coming on to you... Scary.
