This is an unfair generalization. Being young has nothing to do with taste.
They are both good, but Jaws is the better movie. Deep Blue Sea was more mindlessly enjoyable, but Jaws is the better movie.
Also, DBS isn't a horror movie, it's adventure. It's really an adventure with jump scares, think about it. It's no horror.
