So much misery passes by
all hailed with doom and gloom..
the newspapers full of unsolved crimes
a change must come real soon,
so much hunger..so much pain
when will this sorrow end
family fight with brotherman..
and friend turn backs on friend..

But through my eyes i see none of this
nor do i feel lifes sorrow,
I do not know what heartbreak is
i fear not for tomorrow..
For through my eyes..you don't exist
i, worry not for time..
for all i care is that we live
and someday soon must die..

we eat, we breathe..we carry on
what purpose does this serve,??
when all around you falls apart,
who says your prayers are heard..?
we laugh , we cry,we sure survive..who really gives a damn.
who do we blame when things go wrong..?
none, but your fellowman,

Look through my eyes and you will see
that nothings really here,
you oneday hold it in your arms..
and then it disappears.
