Oh yeah, I forgot about that one :)
It does have some pretty confronting scenes in it (and yeah, knowing the history behind the autopsy scene makes it more confronting).
"Isla, She Wolf of the SS" is not a bad exploitation flick either. Not in the same league as the AU films or many of the others mentioned here though.
