The thing is the media will find the one dipshit who behaves in a completely aberrant fashion and hold him up as an example because they like to occasionally prove something. When the evening news has proof of anything, they get excited, because the news media actually conveys very little meaningful information and need to hold onto any thesis they can accquire for dear life.
