Payed homage to the pulp novels long before Pulp Fiction came around. No pretense about story or anything artsy here. Just action and thrills for the sake of action and thrills. And a solid performance on the part of Ford.

Another Mel Brooks classic, this time a send-up of old Universal horror films. Gene Wilder is, as usual, great, and the late Peter Boyle is unexpectedly hilarious as the unusual casting choice for the monster.
