On the Gorerotted theme, Cannibal Corpse is probably the most well known of the sick twisted bands, although I also recommend Diabolical Dismemberment for truly fucked up lyrics. Tracks like "Fistfucked With A Razor" and "Sledgehammer Sodomy" just don't fit right with most people.
