Tequila, Jose Gold more often than not.
Tried one called El 'Jimador that was pretty good too, had that a few times.
What I really miss is "TQ Hot"...according to what I've heard, their cactus place got fucked up or something...but it was without doubt my favourite.
I'll either have the lemon/salt shots 'til I'm too drunk to bother, then it's straight up...or have the occasional mixer.
Nothing nicer'n a double shot of tequila in a glass of fresh orange juice.

That said, I'm also pretty partial to french brandy, straight up or in cola.
Frangelico, cointreu, creme de menthe, a GOOD butterscotch or peach schnapps (the chap shit is just disgusting) preferably wine aperitif based.
Tia Maria is the shit too. Those are some of my other favourites, but don't see as much light at the tequila.

Beer...I'll drink but don't really "like", IMO it's largely the choice of those that want to not wait 'til the morning to have the bad taste in their mouth...with exception to a FEW beers/ales, of course, but they're few and far between.
