We might have considered a suit if A. Lily had been hurt (we would have gone right to the company if she had gotten hurt) or B. they were unacommodating and refused a refund.
Luckily, it didnt go either way.
I talked to the overall manager of the place and both cleaning crews got their asses reamed this morning ( he was out until today).
Want to hear the scary thing? there was a note in the "Welcome package" you got that explained that there were picture keys on the fridge for communicating with housekeeping because they could not be garunteed to speak english. in fucking Merrimack New Hampshire...
I dont want to be closed minded, but if the cleaning crew doesnt speak a lick of english, I am willing to bet they are lacking greencards and visas...
